Check http web service: support mTLS Client Certificate Auth
Client Certificate Based Auth for HTTPS mTLS from WATO.
Suggest the UI implementation also allows PEM format paste input or optional file path location.
Optionally consider support for different CA if different from CMK host or to test specific authority.
The only way I can currently get close to this functionality is using the deprecated http nagios checks via command line and passing in cert paths. These options are not available.

However these are really clunky and inflexible.

To get a better picture of the use case, can you give an example of the endpoint you want to be able to monitor which this feature would enable?
