Support Oracle custom SQL queries with the windows oracle monitoring plugin

Currently it is not possible to create custom sql queries with the oracle plugin for windows as it is for linux servers.

I guess you are then the first person who wants to test the new Oracle plugin? Try it in a daily 2.5.0 build please :-)
