scheduled downtime -> possibility to set downtime on child hosts by default

Actually it's not possible to mark the option "Also set downtime on child hosts" by default in the settings.
It would be nice if it's poosible to set this option as default in the global settings (like Setup > General > Global settings > View action defaults)
