Open new Tab with/without enabled Navigation

When opening a link in a new tab on a page with navigation enabled, the navigation in the new tab is always disabled.

It would be nice if the page in the new tab would used the same setting as the site from which the link was opened.

Optionally, it would be nice if this could be configurable in the "User Interface Settings". Similar to "Show more / Show less" option.

Maybe with the options:
- Do not show navigation on new tabs (default).
- Always show navigation
- Use the same setting as the current page <<What the OP said>>
