Retention of backups or backup rotate

Please extend the scheduled backup with a feature, which allows a retention of backups or a rotate of backup files(e.g. keep backups for the last 7 days, but remove all other)
This would avoid filling the disk and running out of disk space

The backup files need to have a clearly defined name, showing the date/time of the backup
