Add native Commvault Backup & Recovery (Command Center) monitoring (Jobs, Storage/Capacity, Health)

Please add native monitoring support for Commvault Backup & Recovery via Command Center / REST APIs.

Key things to monitor in Checkmk:

Jobs: active jobs + last 24h summary (running, completed, completed w/ warnings/errors, failed/failed to start)

Storage: used/free, used %, and “date to be full” per library/storage target + library health status

Health: critical/warning findings + anomalous events

Infrastructure (optional): index state / index backup / index cache health, MediaAgent health, and tape library/media/drive status (if used)
