Event Console - Rule Pack for Checkmk Server and Relay Logs

Create a built-in rule pack shipped with Event Console and proper Bakery rules with the most important log files of Checkmk Server. This would be useful because once deployed we could see the most important logs diretly in the UI. Currently when facing issues we need to access the server using SSH and check the files one by one. A low retention policy could be used and non-useful entries could be dropped at the agent level. The same way we have some rules to monitor key processes running on Checkmk servers from my perspective it would be useful to have something similar for logs as well.
