Send Livestatus Request only to sites enabled by user

At the moment a livestatus request is send to all sites. This could take some time in large enviroments. But for some users it is not necessary to work with all sites, so they disable some sites for themselves. But this is just a visual effect. If it is technically possible, livestatus requests from users should be only send to sites which the user has enabled.
