There are a few holidays that happen on the same date every year. Would it be possible to let us specify the year as 0000 when an exception happens on the same date every year? I.e. 0000-12-24.
I suggest 0000 because the year 0 is a non existing year. The years go from 1 bc directly to 1 ad.
