Dynamic host mngt: Use vSphere Tag as condition in Dynamic host management condition

Clean regex filtering is not possible in most case. The ability to filter for vSphere tags would allow adding only hand-picked VMs to be added to monitoring without having to change to checkmk GUI, keeping it all in vSphere.
