Monitor Brocade FibreChannel switches via WebAPI

It would be could to be able to monitor Broadcom/Brocade FibreChannel switches via it's WebAPI instead of SNMP.

This should lead to a more stable experience and more potentail checks, which are not exposed via SNMP but available from the API.
