More Options for submitting new firmware or checkmk versions

Most IT employees working remotly via VPN nowadays.
Sharing this connection with othr people does make it to a bottleneck for large file transfers.
Therefore uploading firmware or checkmk versions to multiple appliances can take a long time with the current possibilities.
So it would be nice, if another option for retrieving one of the above named files.
One way would be downloading the file from a company webserver.
Another one purly via CLI already mentioned in https://ideas.checkmk.com/suggestions/462007/firmware-and-checkmk-version-upload-and-upgrade-via-commandline.

For the appliance inegration I made a mockup form with current available checkmk valuespecs from v2.3 / v2.4 (see screenshots).
If this gets implemented it should also be conform with https://ideas.checkmk.com/suggestions/317329/ability-to-upload-firmware-updates-to-the-appliance-before-stopping-sites.
