Dashboard: New element for pictures and picture upload

Allow pictures to be added to dashboards, currently to do this we need to inform a url of a picture. It would be useful to have a proper dashboard element for pictures that could be used for logos and elements that will make the dashboard more appealing for end users. A feature to upload pictures would be required as well.

Ralf SpennerLike this, and it would be nice if for instance custom icons could be used to be displaxed in dashboards.
Example: If I display results of data transfers with x files OK, x files NOT OK, I would like to use some green smiley, yellow smiley and red smiley or something like traffic light buttons.
