Integration with BMC Atrium Remedy
Hello Checkmk Team,
I appreciate the existing integration between Checkmk and ServiceNow (notifications: SetupServicesService monitoring rulesServicenow (Enterprise only)Add rule: Servicenow (Enterprise only)), which helps streamline incident management. I would like to suggest exploring the feasibility of a similar integration with BMC Atrium Remedy.
Many enterprises continue to use Remedy as their primary ITSM platform, and having native integration with Checkmk
would allow seamless ticket creation, incident tracking, and workflow automation—similar to what is currently
possible with ServiceNow.
Key benefits could include:
- Automatic incident creation in Remedy from Checkmk alerts
- Bi-directional updates between Checkmk and Remedy tickets
- Support for Remedy’s CMDB and workflow modules
This would expand Checkmk’s usability for organizations with diverse ITSM environments.
Could the team evaluate the feasibility of this integration?
