User Messages - add "Delete all" Button

Due to different reasons there are piling up user messages from time to time. might be 5, might be 10 or into the hundrets.

Unfortunately, there is no “delete all” button or bulk delete way to select them and you need to do it manually
As we are familiar with a feature like this from other views I therefore suggest adding one for "user messages", as shown as an example in the screenshot.
