BI: set "Aggregation Function" default value via global settings

It would be nice if it would be possible to set the default value for "Aggregation Function" of a BI aggregation in the CMK global settings. Most of our aggregation us "worst" but the builtin default it "best" so we always have to change it, if you forget that, the mistake is not always visible in the BI.
