Deploy Local Checks via Bakery Rule

Right now, you can deploy via a local check via the agent bakery only by using Deploy custom files with agent. In Order to do that, it is necesary to upload the file via command line and configure the path within the directory. I suggest to add a bakery rule, where it is possible to upload the local check via the Checkmk GUI and configure parameters eg. async intervall or timeout.
