Setup: Easily Identify Hosts Linked to Predefined Conditions

It is really complicated to see, which host is in which predefined condition. I thereby hope to get an easier way to check and to troubleshoot which host is in which predefined condition.
Maybe add a menu button, where you can select "show all affected hosts", or like you can see it in the picture.
