Regex support for hostname in notification rules

Since it is apparently still not possible under 2.4, support for regular expressions (“Regex”) would also be extremely useful in “Match hosts” and “Exclude hosts”.
Notification rules can be created by users without access to the setup menu. Therefore, the use of host labels or groups is not always an alternative.
In addition, a large number of labels or groups may only be necessary for this use case, even though this could be solved with the flexibility of regexes.
