Enhance the dialogue for changes in activation list: show audit log record

When a change is applied to rules the update is logged into the activation queue - with a message similar to Changed properties of rule #1 in ruleset "CPU load (not utilization!)" in folder "Main"

There is also an icon on the left of the line which if clicked starts an edit session for the rule that has been modified. To be frank this is next to useless as it just shows the configuration of the rule AFTER the change - more useful would be if the activation list showed the contents of the associated audit log record which actually documents the change made.

If many changes are being deployed its not always easy to map audit log entries to activation list entries.
