Move disabled services rules when hosts are moved to another folder

When using the "X" function in discovery a rule is created that filters on host and folder. If the host is moved, the rule no longer applies and if more changes are made new rules are created.
It would be more intuitive to either remove the folder filter, or move the rule along with the host when the host is moved.
This would also reduce the number of old unused rules littering the place whenever hosts are moved.
Perhaps there should be a configurable option for move-the-rule-with-the-folder, and of course only the automatically created rule should be affected.
