Windows Service Summary: Show stopped services in summary (and not only in details)

Show stopped services in summary. Currently these services are only listed in details, but it's a vital information for admins to see problems at a glance.
The Linux/Unix Service "Systemd Service Summary" does this natively, so this would only be consistent for both OS.
