Rule to set staleness value on folders / hosts
Especially need this to be set on a per folder level structure, because some hosts require just a rare checkup like 30minutes or 1h, therefore even tough active checks are configured to run properly, the main app reports them as stale 99% of the time which is extremely annoying and missleading.
Please add this option (move it from global configuration) and set it to be able to user per folder / hosts

- If you can provide us with what kind of configuration option you wish to have per folder/hosts that would be very helpful, specifically, is it about the option "staleness value to mark host/services stale"?
-How would the configuration option(s) look like so to meet your business needs? In other words, what would be set as "staleness value", "check interval for hosts", and "check interval for services"?
