User defined Display Options (i.e Graph Timerange) for Graph Collections

It is quite useful and necessary to be able to modify display options as a user of graph collection, in a similar manner to normal graphs, such that (Graph time range, Date Format, Time stamp format) would be modifiable in the Graph Collections.
