Add Cc addresses to email notification

It would be beneficial for customers to have the option of sending a copy of all email alerts sent to different recipients as a Cc to an additional address (e.g., to a third-party ticket system).

Adding an additional parameter, "Send copy to (Cc)" in the "Parameters for HTML/ASCI Email Rule" would allows to specify a Cc address for a host, folder or site in the same way as the "Replay to" parameter.
