Make filter permamnent until the user delete it

Example at users, the filter will not survive, the filtered string is deleted after the search and we have to add the filter string again and again to search.
So in general this kind of filter function should be at all filters in Checkmk, to have a better handling and quicker progress in our daily work with Checkmk .
