Show start and end of Stale State in the Service Event View

For retrospective problem analysis, it would be very helpful if the Event View also showed when a service was marked as Stale and when this phase ended.
This would make it easier to identify services that repeatedly go stale and it would also be clear why no alerts were sent during this time.
