Automatically monitor all subscriptions in an Azure tenant

The current setup for Azure piggyback monitoring is that you need to setup a Microsoft Azure rule for each subscription you want to monitor. As we have quit a lot of Azure subscriptions and some have a short lifecycle it would be a nice feature to just have one Azure monitoring rule to monitor all the subscriptions in that azure tenant.
