an Email as Notification methode to User or Group
if the Service is still in CRT state
after x minutes a SMS to User or Group
if the Service is still in CRT state
after x minutes a Call to User or Group
perhaps a little like a BI Pack

Bernd Holzhauerthis Way and Option we know ... but the Handling is bad ... as example:
with readiness services you must then customize the user in 3 places (with very extensive rights) would be better:
if I had only one rule and then with +add I can add another notification type with the option "same user as above, other user, additional user" then another notification etc.
Furthermore it would be great if there would be more restriction options for changing the rules e.g.
User 1 is allowed to edit the rules assigned to his group
User 2 is only allowed to change the recipients assigned to his group.
that's why i said "perhaps a little like a BI Pack" just one single Entry point to adjust the Notification chain for more usability (non Admins)
