Implement check_curl for http2 support

Please implement check_curl as an alternative to check_http as this is the successor and does support http2 and some other features.
The plugin is included in the 2.0/2.1 used monitoring-plugins 2.3.0, but not shipped with checkmk. Please ship with checkmk and build a Setup config screen for it.

We are planning a rework of check_http for 2.3. We might as part of this switch to check_curl or implement check_http natively in Checkmk.
