Differ favicons between (forum|docs|portal).checkmk.com and checkmk applications
For heavy checkmk users, it becomes impossible to distinguish browsser tabs as the favicons all look the same. (kb.checkmk.com looks slightly different, but I'm not sure if this is on purpose)
I don't have a concrete suggestion which icons could change in what way, but maybe the tribe designers have a good idea :)? Maybe different background colors?
(I know this change is not of the utmost importance, but it's the little things that show you care :D)

YggyThere are very slight size differences between in this case my local site and forum.
KB doesn't load an icon in my Firefox browser, while it does (not transparent but with white background) in Chrome.
Alternatives:
Maybe add a little badge on top of the icon when not the main site.
Or a looney alternative is to turn them 60 degrees having the T - arrow pointing 6 different directions. ;-) -

JPHto be able to select the favicon per site would be perfect, that we can visualize our test environments better

Yggy@JPH You can infuence the favicons on your own local checkmk sites. It is part of the theme:
<link href="themes/darker/images/favicon.ico" rel="shortcut icon" type="image/ico" />
"darker" is the name of my custom theme. ;-)
So you can make a custom theme per test environment as current workaround.
Which makes it also possible to change some colours to let you otherwise know you are on a different site.
A bit more info on themes can be found on the forum:

Thomas Lippert AdminHi Gerd,
I have passed your request to our marketing team. They assess their options as part of the next revision of the Checkmk website.
Best regards, Thomas
