Enhance builtin printer monitoring for Kyocera
The builtin printer monitoring could be easiely for Kyocera.
The service SNMP Info shows only "KYOCERA Document Solutions Printing System". -> SCREENSHOT
To show the correct model the following OIDs are available. I don't know if there are cases where one of them will not work.
We have to provide a report about printer models and their firmeware version.
We asked the manufacturer (Kyocera) for the OID's and get two SNMP OIDs:
First:
<ModelOID>1.3.6.1.2.1.25.3.2.1.3.1</ModelOID>
Afterwards a second walk on:
<ModelOID>1.3.6.1.4.1.1347.43.5.1.1.1.1</ModelOID>
In our case both OIDs show the model. None of them provides the firmware. I do not have another Kyocera printer model in place to test.

YggyI have Kyocera in my network.
Don't know how to easily add custom OID's as service to SNMP device, if this can be done without writing plugins, I'd like to know how. Contact me through forum.
I downloaded SNMP walk and compared information with local printer website.
Both "1.3.6.1.2.1.25.3.2.1.3.1" and "1.3.6.1.4.1.1347.43.5.1.1.1.1" give model here.
Software:
System: 1.3.6.1.4.1.1347.43.5.4.1.5.1.1 (guessing this is firmware, looks similar to your 2nd OID, maybe typo of manufacturer?)
Engine: 1.3.6.1.4.1.1347.43.5.4.1.5.1.2
Panel: 1.3.6.1.4.1.1347.42.5.1.1.16.1
Webbrowser: 1.3.6.1.4.1.1347.42.5.4.1.5.7
Other:
Serial nr: 1.3.6.1.4.1.1347.43.5.1.1.28.1
Device nr: 1.3.6.1.4.1.1347.43.5.1.1.29.1
Install date: 1.3.6.1.4.1.1347.42.2.6.3.0.0
Print totals: 1.3.6.1.4.1.1347.42.3.1.1.1.1.[1-4]

Christian Wirtzthl-cmk and I will enhance the builtin printer check. This will not only affect kyocera.
