Use all data from hardware/software inventory in Views/Dashboards

Today when creating a field from HW/SW inventory only a subset of sections are available. I would like to show, for example data from physical chassis on a router in a specific networking related dashboard. This is not possible today and those "Chassis" sections is not possible to use.

Inventory data is really not very well integreted in for a proper use in Dashboards and Views

Like the idea.
I would for example want to use on my Inventory view the option for Operating System > Build Number
Like for example the build number available on an ESXi host after HW/SW inventory, I can select Kernal or Vendor, but not the build number.
