Option to stop further notification rules running after this rule is triggered
Currently, all valid notification rules for a particular event trigger. This makes setting up a catch-all rule very complicated, as you have to exclude all the previous events in various ways.
I would see this as implemented as a flag in a notification rule that stops the checking of any lower rules once that rule triggers - effectively breaking out of the rule-checking loop.
